We are at Fourways Junction, White Hills Close, Fourways, Johannesburg. Trading Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00, Sat 08:30-13:00. Closed Sundays and public holidays.

Do your prices include registration and licensing?

Accepted Answer

No. Advertised prices exclude on-the-road costs. Each bike has three tiers on its product page: bike only, bike and registration, and full package. Choose the one that suits you.

Do you offer laybuy?

Yes. Our laybuy is R15,000 deposit and up to 3 months to pay off the balance. Chat to us on WhatsApp for the exact terms on your chosen bike.

Question 4

Do I need a licence to ride a scooter?

For anything above 50cc you need a valid motorcycle licence. Some of our smaller commuters can be ridden on a learner's, but registration and licensing are your responsibility.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver countrywide. Delivery is quoted separately based on your address and the vehicle.

Do you service bikes I did not buy from you?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our workshop services all major scooter, motorcycle and quad brands. Book a service from the Services Booking page or via WhatsApp.

What warranty do I get?

Accepted Answer

Warranty varies per model and is shown on each product page. In general Big Boy bikes carry a manufacturer's warranty subject to servicing at approved centres.

Can I trade in my current bike?

Yes. Send us a WhatsApp with photos, mileage and your ID and we will come back with an offer.
